Cheerleading Group Cancels Event

Varsity Double Down Cheer, scheduled to hold an event at the Sevierville Convention Center this weekend (March 14-15) has cancelled due to concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus. A Varsity Double Down Cheer representative contacted the SCC today to inform them that they were cancelling.

 

This is the only event cancellation at the SCC pertaining to virus concerns. The SCC remains open and prepared for all scheduled events at this time.

SCC staff are being vigilant in terms of sanitizing the facility and reminds visitors to follow CDC guidelines regarding the COVID-19 virus and other viruses as well.
