This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of an ordinance to adopt the 2018 International Residential Code and the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code (O-2021-004).

The public hearing will be Monday, March 15, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. at the regularly scheduled Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. Further information on this proposed ordinance may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Code Enforcement Department at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
